International Institute of Labour and Social Relations (IILSR) was founded by the Trade Unions Federation of Belarus in 1992. It has been performing its educational activities since then in accordance with the license and certificates provided by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus.

Professional training in IILSR can be obtained at one of the four faculties:
Faculty of the International Economic Relations and International Law,
Faculty of Economic and Social Management,
Faculty of Law,
Faculty of Retraining of Trade Unions officials.
